PeeWee: Strength & Honor

Two sessions per week are available for players of each division to choose from:

  • 12U: Tuesdays at 4:00pm or 4:45pm
  • 14U: Wednesdays at 4:00pm or 4:45 pm

Why Strength and Honor?

Their training philosophy aligns closely with our goals as a hockey organization.

Strength & Honor focuses on developing complete hockey athletes through:

  • Functional strength training
  • Athletic movement development
  • Speed and agility
  • Injury prevention
  • Proper movement mechanics
  • Mental toughness and confidence

Rather than simply getting stronger in the gym, their approach is centered on helping athletes become better performers in their sport. The emphasis is on strength, power, mobility, speed, balance, and movement patterns that translate directly to athletic performance.

Benefits for Hockey Players

For hockey athletes, these sessions can help improve:

  • Explosiveness
  • Balance and body control
  • Core strength
  • Power generation
  • Injury resistance
  • Confidence both on and off the ice

The program also places a strong emphasis on developing healthy training habits and work ethic that benefit athletes beyond hockey.

November 2026

Strength & Honor coaches will tailor training to the age and developmental needs of our players. Younger athletes focus on learning proper movement techniques and athletic foundations, while older athletes can progress into more advanced strength and performance training. Each instructor-led session is 40 minutes long. Players are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes before their session start time.
